Our savoury pies fillings are made in-house using only the best ingredients, and yes,
we proudly use Alberta beef, pork and lamb. We cut, grind and chop our meat and slow cook each filling to perfection.
Pies are baked fresh daily in our bakery and are easily reheated at home.
We recommend the “low and slow” reheat method for the perfect pie every time.
Place your pies on a cookie sheet in your cold oven and set the oven to 250 degrees. When your oven reaches temperature, look for a puddle of butter under your pies. If your pie is not yet sweating butter from the crust close the oven for a few more minutes. You have a perfectly warmed pie without over cooking. It’s as easy as pie!
(And yes, they freeze beautifully.)

We also bake all of the pies listed below as single serving pies.
