I can not tell you how excited I am to announce this new meatless holiday meal. This savoury mushroom Wellington is a vegetarian option that everyone will adore, and it is a personal point of pride for me, who has only adopted a meatless lifestyle in the last few years.

We start with our homemade Duxelles, a French classic created with a medley of mushrooms, onions, herbs, and black pepper, sautéed in butter and reduced with a dash of sherry to paté. We have replaced the traditional beef with braised portobello mushrooms sprinkled with fresh herbs and, of course, more butter. All wrapped with love in our all-butter pastry.
