If we manage in ways that are good for our animals and good for our environment we end up with nutrient dense, high quality beef that is good for our customers.
Pre-heat convection oven to 425oF. Place the frozen Beef Wellington on a baking tray lined with parchment paper on the center rack of the pre-heated oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Cover the edges of the Beef Wellington with tin foil and turn the baking tray. Bake for another 5 – 10 minutes, watching closely for the pastry to turn a golden brown colour (remove foil if necessary) and an internal temperature of approximately 130oF for medium rare beef. Let rest 10 minutes.
Remove wooden baking form and slice.
